Staking pools, stCHZ and token contracts may contain bugs, be upgraded or be exploited. Network congestion, outages or forks can delay or fail transactions. Fees are paid even if a transaction fails.

Unstaked CHZ goes through an unbonding period before it can be withdrawn, and is not available during that time. Rewards and rates change over time and are not guaranteed. Validators may underperform, change commission or stop operating.

stCHZ depends on Kayen Finance's contracts and operation. Its market price can differ from its exchange rate to CHZ, liquidity may be limited, and withdrawals may take time.

Token prices are highly volatile and can fall to zero. Fan Tokens and meme tokens may have low liquidity. Unknown or spam tokens can appear in your wallet; never interact with tokens or links you do not trust.

Anyone can create a token on the Launchpad. Most such tokens lose most or all of their value. A token being listed in the App is not an endorsement, and creators may be anonymous, mislead buyers or abandon projects. Bonding-curve prices move quickly, early buyers can sell into later buyers, and the launchpad contract has not been independently audited. After graduation, trading depends on Kayen Finance's pools and their liquidity. The opening price on Kayen aims to match the final curve price but is not guaranteed to be exact (for example if someone sends funds to the pool early).

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Tokens sent to a wrong address or network are usually lost forever.

Never share your seed phrase or private keys; the App will never ask for them. Beware of fake websites, apps and messages impersonating this App or its author.

Laws on digital assets vary and may change, which could affect your ability to use them. You are responsible for any taxes due on rewards, sales or transfers.
