Privacy Policy

Chiliz (CHZ) Chain Hub (the "App") is a free utility for the Chiliz community, provided at no cost and intended for use as is. It is non-custodial, does not require private keys, and never stores full IP addresses.

The App does not sell or share your data with third parties. To understand how the App is used, it records anonymous usage statistics.

• Public blockchain data: you enter a public CHZ wallet address (0x…), used only to query public blockchain data to show balances, rewards and staking metrics. Token balances (Fan Tokens and other Chiliz Chain tokens) are also read from the public blockchain, and token transfers are approved in your own wallet. Liquid staking positions (stCHZ on Kayen Finance) are read from the public blockchain too; liquid staking, unstaking and claiming are signed only in your own wallet, and the app never holds your keys.
• Launchpad: if you create a token, the description, links and picture you add are stored by the App and shown publicly together with your creator wallet address. You confirm them with a free wallet signature.
• Local storage: wallet addresses and your currency preference (USD/EUR) are saved only on your device. You can delete them by removing the wallet or clearing the App's data.
• Usage statistics: each visit records a random anonymous device ID, the public wallet address being viewed with its dashboard values (balances, rewards, yield), a masked IP address (the last part is removed, e.g. 85.240.12.xxx), your approximate country, and whether you used a browser (and which one) or the mobile app. This is visible only to the App's author and is used to improve the App.
• No private keys: the App never asks for your private keys, seed phrases or passwords.
• Wallet connection: staking actions are signed and approved inside your own wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Trust Wallet). The App only sees your public address and never has access to your keys or funds.

To show live data, the App requests public data from: Chiliz official APIs (cc-api.chiliz.com, staking-api.chiliz.com, rpc.chiliz.com), RouteScan / Chiliscan (balances, tokens, prices, account age), GeckoTerminal (token prices and icons), CoinGecko and Coinbase (CHZ price), and Kayen Finance contracts (stCHZ liquid staking). Wallet connections use WalletConnect / Reown, which relays connection requests between the App and your wallet. The admin area uses Google sign-in for the App's author only; visitors are never asked to sign in. These may log standard network data such as IP addresses. The Staking tab opens the official Chiliz portal (app.chilizchain.com/staking), governed by the Chiliz Chain privacy policy.

Donation buttons create a standard payment link (EIP-681) that opens your own wallet app. The App cannot read your wallet, intercept transactions or authorize transfers. You review and approve every transaction yourself.

Visit statistics are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. You can ask to see or delete the statistics linked to your device or wallet address by contacting the author below.

The App is not intended for anyone under 18, and no data from minors is knowingly collected.
